 I am a Realtor with the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Local Board of Realtors and a member of the Greater Greenville MLS.  Our team is also belongs to the Spartanburg MLS and Anderson MLS and has access to these databases.   This wide-area coverage empowers us to market and select homes for purchase in the entire upstate of South Carolina. 

I was the second Realtor in the entire state of South Carolina to receive the e-PRO designation from the National Board of Realtors.  This is a major accomplishment that few realtors possess and shows you that I have passed rigorous training that utilized the new Internet and the electronic age of marketing your home to millions of prospects.  To find out more about e-PRO certification, please click on the link or symbol here.  Additionally, I am a Certified New Home Specialist and worked for a builder for the first 18 months of my real estate career.

I grew up in the Greenville area and have two children who graduated from Hillcrest High School.  My daughter completed college at Winthrop and works in Marketing in Charlotte.  My son served in the Navy and now lives in Jacksonville, Florida.  He has a 6 year old daughter.  In 2005, I recently re-married to a wonderful husband and we have a 15 year old daughter who attends Wren Middle School.  I am a member of the Adon Olam Messianic Fellowship and attend Crossroads Community Church in Simpsonville.  I have been involved with several churches in the area serving as a facilitator in Divorce Recovery Workshops.  I currently serve as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Department of Social Services here in Greenville.  All of my experiences help me understand the stress of family pain and it’s my desire to help many families with the details of selling or buying homes due to life-changing circumstances.  Finally, at the close of each home sale, I make a contribution to the Children's Miracle Network to help others in need.  You will be happy to know that each yard sign also proudly displays this same charity.

I know that whether you are purchasing or selling your home it can be one of the most stressful times in your life.  Also, purchasing a home is the biggest investment you will ever make.  I do not take that lightly.  I will do everything in my power to keep you comfortable help the process go smoothly. I was born at Camp Lejeune Military Base in North Carolina. As a child growing up with parents in the military, I frequently moved both domestically and internationally. I experienced many cultures and loved it. Moving all the time and not being able to live in one place was hard on the family. But it was an adventure. As an adult working in the hotel industry before real estate, my career and my husband’s career path dictated that we move on a yearly basis.  I draw from my personal experience to make every transaction a positive one. I must say that it’s good to be living and working in Greenville, SC.  To some extent, I have been in and around the Real Estate business all my life.  I was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia.  My father was a major Real Estate Broker and also a Builder.  This was the main influence upon me wanting the Real Estate field. 

I created many childhood memories back in Huntington but my life brought me to Greenville in 1985.  After holding a good career, I finally answered my heart’s desire and made a career change in to become a licensed Realtor right here in South Carolina in 1995.  I left to go to Kentucky (for a short term in 2005) to help my sister as part of her team at RE/MAX Properties East in Louisville.  I was licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and spent two years in Louisville.  Today, I am VERY happy to be home again here in Greenville.  I love Greenville and the developers responsible for the downtown areas are brilliant with all their ideas.  Come and let me show you my town, Greenville, SC.

I was born here in Greenville at St. Francis Memorial Hospital, and I’ve lived here all my life.  I am the daughter of Allen and Cheryl.  I try to put 110% into everything I do.  My tasks for the team is to keep our marketing exposure moving forward and staying fresh.  When selling a home from our agency, I am the one that keeps checking up on ads, fliers, home-books, 800 numbers, feedback and most everything. I also help with answering the office phones and work on buyer client's needs.  My long term career goal is to become an attorney with emphasis on Family Law.  My experience here with the Cheryl Teague Team has helped me understand the busy world today in a whole new perspective.  Its a pleasure to be of service

 I grew up in Hickory, NC and moved to the Greenville area in 1978.  I am husband to Cheryl and we make a great team at work, at home, and in the community.  I always look for a job well done in every challenge that I pursue. 

This past year has been very busy in Greenville, SC real estate and I am called upon to help with technical matters, computers, networks, phones, e-mail, websites, graphics, etc. I also solve problems when it comes to home repairs.  Its my pleasure to serve and team member although I may be in the background rather than in the forefront. --- Allen
